Kremblas & Foster is a law firm located in Columbus, Ohio that has been providing legal counsel exclusively in the field of intellectual property law since 1970; longer than any other intellectual property law firm in central Ohio. Our clients are small enterprises, large corporations, individual inventors, universities and research institutions. Many of our clients are located in Ohio, but a significant number are located in other states and nations.

We assist our clients in obtaining protection for their inventions and trademarks under United States law. We also obtain international protection for clients by working closely with associates licensed in other nations.

We are conveniently located in suburban Columbus, Ohio with parking at our front door. Because our office is in Central Ohio we can confer personally with you either in our office or in yours. Performance of legal services for you will not be transferred to an out-of-town attorney. We are usually available by telephone immediately or we will return your call by the next day.
