Jason H. Foster
Jason H. Foster is a partner of the firm and a former adjunct law professor. Jason advises clients regarding all aspects of patent, trademark and copyright law, including licensing and business strategies relating to intellectual property law, and the preparation and prosecution of U.S. and international patent and trademark applications. His undergraduate degree was in Metallurgical Engineering, and his principal technical fields are materials science, including substantial experience with air filtration media, and the mechanical arts including substantial experience with complex food processing, particulate screening, and conveying machines, along with other industrial equipment.
